Following the release of NeatCall’s iPhone application, the company now goes for the business audience – BlackBerry users. The application aims to find the optimal time slot for a video conference or other types of calls.

In the previous coverage, we’ve noted that NeatCall covers a a wide variety of meeting types, from video-conference, through textual chat and even face-to-face meetings. A wide variety of calendar tools and a wide variety of networking services are supported as well. Also a rather wide number of phones were covered, but the most important device was missing out.

As phones get smarter, they can be used for almost all types of meetings. While there are endless arguments about which phone is better or smarter, it’s clear that the BlackBerry is associated with businesspeople.

Dan Benger, the CEO of NeatCall now plays with the big boys. NeatCall’s application, and especially the time slot finding feature, is more suitable for busy people that have many meetings and need help with finding the right time.

The new application is available through the BlackBerry App World free of charge. It works on the Tour, Curve and Bold series of BlackBerry smartphones and runs on BlackBerry OS 4.6 and higher.

Great news for Blackberry users! I heard about Neatcall a few weeks ago and I was waiting their app to support my BlackBerry. I just tested it again and it works great! I schedule meetings and even conduct conference calls with Neatcall, directly from my Bold 9700. I love it!!!
