My6sense, the company that coined the term digital intuition, has announced it is breaking out of its iPhone only mold, and taking on the world’s fastest-growing mobile platform, Android.

In their announcement The company also disclosed that its software now supports Google Buzz, and the result according to the statement is “the first application in the world to prioritize Google Buzz entries”. My6sense claims to have radically altered their user approach with this new application by shifting their focus from an RSS streaming application with some social capabilities, to a fully decked out social application that streams RSS feeds as well. The new android application aims to provide users with a whole new way to discover content.

My6sense’s application studies its users’ preferences and behavior and then intelligently presents them only with prioritized information it deems they will find interesting, hence the term ‘digital intuition’. Originally based around an RSS reading application, This new release has been completely redesigned to compliment the new social approach. The company claims to have made major efforts to simplify the GUI and make it as intuitive as possible, as is evident from the screen previews issued with their news release.

My6sense has been abuzz with activity lately, starting with the recent release of a developer API, and the announcement of the hiring of pro-blogger, Louis Gray, and now, this substantial release a month after it was announced that Android based phone sales have surpassed iPhone in the United States. My6sense is hoping to garner attention from Google’s with their inclusion of Buzz into their digital intuition algorithms. Google’s Buzz suffered greatly, among others, as a result of its creating mountains of junk no one wanted to see. It remains to be seen whether this new Android application will help make Buzz more usable.

The new app promises to deliver more content from within the app itself by offering previews and embedded video into the GUI, thus when someone posts a new video to their Facebook page, their friends will see something like this:

As of 8:00 pacific standard time today the new My6sense Android application should be available on the Android Marketplace, so get your motors running or wait for the review right here, on TheWadi.
